Daniel S. Bailey is the founding partner of Bailey and Rollag with over 35 years of experience representing clients injured in automobile, trucking, bicycle and pedestrian accidents. During that time, he has represented thousands of clients and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients through trials and settlements.
Daniel graduated from the John Marshall School of Law before accepting a position as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. After many years, he left the Attorney General’s Office to work at the law firm of Phelan, Pope and John. Ultimately, he left that firm to establish his own firm specializing in representing individuals injured through the negligence of others. Throughout the time he has been on his own, Mr. Bailey has built a firm that specializes in listening to the needs of his clients and maximizing their recoveries. He has built a reputation of consistently defeating the insurance companies and their attorneys.

Wayne C. Rollag
Attorney
Wayne C. Rollag is a partner at Bailey and Rollag where he concentrates in the litigation of plaintiff’s personal injury cases. Prior to Bailey and Rollag he worked for over ten years as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office obtaining extensive litigation experience. Wayne has tried well over 500 trials and motions before numerous courts in the State of Illinois. He has litigated numerous jury trials to verdicts in Cook County and surrounding counties. For the past 20 years at Bailey and Rollag he has vigorously advocated for plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Wayne is a dedicated advocate for all his clients using his legal skills and experience to obtain the best possible result either through skillful negotiation or organized litigation. Wayne strives to obtain the maximum value of the case for his clients. Wayne has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

Brenda was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She is bilingual in Spanish, which allows her to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling around the world.
